Just as you have obeyed,
Not just in my presence;
I know that you have prayed,
Much more in my absence.

Continue working out,
With awe your salvation;
And without any doubt,
Build your new foundation.

In reverence and with fear,
To increase desire;
Knowing that God is near,
Keep a burning fire.

Bring forth all your effort,
To achieve His pleasure;
He gives peace and comfort,
That you always treasure.

Do all without grumbling,
Even if you disagree;
It keeps you from stumbling,
Open your eyes to see.

Remain blameless and pure,
No blemish where you live;
Your light shines brighter more,
When willing to forgive.

Maintain the Word of life,
So that the day of Christ;
It will shield you from strife,
When charmed being enticed.

I have reason to boast,
I did not run in vain;
Because the Holy Ghost,
Has been easing the pain.

He has poured out a drink,
Offering sacrifice;
Giving me time to think,
With my faith for advice.

For now, in the same way,
You should also be glad;
Rejoicing not to stray,
Thankful for what you had.
