Your minds are ready for action,
Be serious and set for hope;
For having the satisfaction,
Looking at the biblical scope.

Completely on the grace bought,
Through revelation of the Lord;
In Jesus Christ we not forgot,
For remaining in one accord.

Conform not to your desires,
From your previous ignorance;
That lit your childish fires,
And displayed your intolerance.

But the One who called you holy,
You must be holy in conduct;
A manner of meek and lowly,
Rather than someone to obstruct.

Be holy, for Christ is holy,
Because your holy living call;
Honoring Jesus Christ solely,
As the Son of God with your all.

The Father judges fair and just,
Impartial on all of your deeds;
Conduct your self in fear and trust,
Since He caters for all your needs.

Pass the time while you sojourn,
While living here in this place;
Since conception till you were born,
He had nourished you in His grace.

God redeemed from a way of life,
Empty that you inherited;
While temptation causes you the strife,
If weak you become demented.

But the precious blood of the Lord,
Like a lamb without a blemish;
Will be ensuring you are cured,
As the past He will demolish.

The grass withers and leaves will fall,
Just as the past is forgiven;
Winter will pass as spring will call,
Brings a newness under Heaven.
