I drove down a drowsy lane
Where the high rock walls stand
And heard a wild birds singing
Through the silence of the wood.
The dappled rivers flowing slowly
Beneath the laziness of the leaves,
Bending smoothly by the willows
Over the rocks it's water cling.
Here Natures gift untrammeled,
Rocks and waters, birds and trees,
The resurrected pioneer beauties,
That will please all of your senses.
