In this town I am not trapped.
For now there sits the small white hand.
Ice crystals mingle with it's grip but I can't
hear it because of my ringing ears.
In this suburb I can be released for the
sunshine is orange and bright and I am the
one that scoops out the food from the stable
plastic container.
The work to be done is not so far for the
quest can and did guide me three ways
through the salt grooves and slippery rubber
to the stucco slats inside the walls.
