See what long poetry I write,
That I am writing with my hand;
On a day that’s sunny and bright,
Thanking the Lord being so grand.

As many that may desire,
Are wanting to make good showing;
Circumcision is required,
But that they may not be knowing.

They may not be persecuted,
Bear persecution for the cross;
Having themselves executed,
How Jesus had suffered His loss.

Even those who are circumcised,
Never themselves have kept the Law;
Not wanting to be criticized,
They are boasting about a flaw.

God forbid that I should glory,
Far be it should I ever boast;
Of the resurrection story,
Which is of our Lord of Host.

Circumcision counts for nothing,
And neither does uncircumcised;
A new creature that Christ will bring,
To you become spiritualized.

As for all who walk by this rule,
Peace and mercy be upon them;
And Scriptures are the holy tool,
That the Lord will never condemn.

So, let no man cause me trouble,
Bearing the marks of Jesus Christ;
Never to detour nor stumble,
Having this world to be enticed.

The grace of Jesus our Lord,
Be with you through soul and spirit;
Continued be loved and adored,
For the treasure you inherit.
