Annual Report of Virtual ATPs

March 2020, we are in the following situation:
Isolated, locked at home,
Only with the wing of the imagination.
Until then, we were in our schools,
Students filled the courtyard, the classrooms,
And they played ball on the court.
I remember that just before they decreed,
The closure of school units, a few days before,
We commented over coffee,
At break, or recess, as you wish.
And if I'm not mistaken,
My last hug to a colleague,
It was in one I call my sister: Diana Vieira.
Yes, we embraced.
And, after so many comments,
Due to my comorbidities,
I talked to GOE, and others,
In which they decided to stay at home.
And the other week, everything was closed.
The school world has become virtual,
Social network, turned into a classroom.
And, with caution, we became you tubers
Without receiving the likes, or their salary.
And, as we have collective pedagogical work activities (ATPC),
We had in addition to the coordinators, managers,
The support of the board of education,
Where core coordinating teachers (PCNPs)
They gave us the possible guidelines,
Plausible at the moment.
And, in São Paulo, the CMSP, Centro de Medias,
Where Rossieli Soares, who was secretary in another state,
Prepared the Paula Sousa Center,
Who before were very dedicated to ETECs and Fatecs,
Today at the state level,
For all of us teachers, students, staff, parents.
In the others, contingencies were created,
Cleaning, and the few employees, returned to schools,
To receive the teaching material,
And, hand over to families.
We learned to use masks,
Always cleaning your hands,
And even my toc that had decreased, increased,
Because I already did that and a lot,
Wash your hands all the time.
The situation did not improve as expected.
It got worse. And then atpcs, it became more mandatory to watch,
Participate.
In each school unit they use a virtual platform,
At EE Prof. Dr. Lauro Pereira Travassos,
We use teams, with only one administrator,
In the boards, I don't know what yours is,
But SUL 1, manifested itself on you tube,
And of course the CMSP, always supporting.
Trying to guide and pass on BNCC content,
Or the Currículo Paulista.
They do interviews, they all bring figures they take from other places,
Seeming to be unaware of the peers themselves.
It disgusts me a little,
Well, I don’t say for the moment of talking about NLP
(Neurolinguistic programming),
Since in the school unit itself,
Not to mention one of the coordinators themselves, who is a psychologist,
I could do it.
They should favor this more,
The teachers themselves.
For example, we have artists at all levels in Lauro,
But, it seems to always be necessary to see the other,
I'm not disparaging anyone,
But, thanking all colleagues.
Another thing that I must report in this annual report,
Which I often did, weekly, monthly,
And both my manager and GOE,
They know I participate.
When I had to leave at the same time,
I took my cell phone, which I don't like to do,
To hear all the activities,
And, try to understand them.
I've heard the atpc in the bank queue,
I've heard it in the doctor's queue,
And, I learned, and I relived a lot,
From when I lived 25 years ago,
Because I was a coordinator, and I know it's not easy.
I heard about the slavery issue,
What we experienced today,
I heard about terrorism,
Yesterday (12/1/2020) this episode in the CMSP,
And here in Brazil, the terror is happening.
Criciuma taken, assaulted,
And, today (12/2/2020), I keep registering,
That in the northeast, there was a similar terror.
I am worried about bandits,
The new cangaço, have prohibited weapons,
And, our police, at the mercy of an automatic pistol.
Why does human rights come to the families of bandits who die by policemen,
And, they never came for the families of policemen killed by bandits ?!
I can not understand.
But, continuing the atpc report,
Which I've done virtually once,
I sent it to GOE, Coordinators, Manager and also the board.
Today, the rhyming report,
Where in poetic prose, I report all the facts that have been occurring throughout the year.
Of course it's not over yet
We have a lot to do (Maker).
They want us to return to face-to-face classes,
But, another thing, I can't understand:
Since teachers are very risky,
And, students who live with their parents, grandparents,
What will happen?
A pediatrician says that children need to go to schools,
But, who has been in consultation this year,
You know that they (doctors) attend from a distance,
They don’t even touch their patients,
I was in consultation here at the Missionary and Vila Constância posts,
And, with necessary fidelity, I say that.
Now, can teachers and students be guinea pigs?
My poetic report has N interrogations,
But it's up to me to open my mouth.
Well, many of us,
Teachers (manager, coordinator, leader, teacher),
Plus Education officials,
And, even the employees who work in the kitchen cleaning,
Who really works in school,
They know that there is no proper ventilation,
And, the "girls", most ladies, suffer due to heat,
Among other things, in that environment that can be wonderful, For the Chemistry of food.
But, now there is no turning back.
So, I regret it all.
There are moments, other than just me,
But, we are tired,
Massacred, and now we still have to face television media,
And the charges,
Not to mention our finances,
That is going slowly.
I think about my 32 years of profession,
I entered in 1988,
I went through many things,
And, always this psdbista government,
Let each one who enters,
Take a little more from us.
Now, it is difficult, but we are deducted from FGTS,
But, if we get fired,
We are not entitled to this Fund.
And now they take it from us,
Quotas of IAMSPE beneficiaries,
Our State Public Hospital,
And, if we try to make appointments, exams,
We hung on the phone for hours,
To arrive at the time to schedule exams or others,
The answer is always or most of the times:
"No vacancy!" "There is no open agenda"
This is to make us angry.
Even though many of us,
We can pay another agreement,
I do not have,
And yet, there's a fact,
I want to record this act,
What special child must be a lifetime beneficiary of IAMSPE,
And, I will fight for that,
Maybe Christ will enlighten us.
In that report too,
I have to emphasize that I learned a lot,
To have more affection with cell phones, notebooks and computers,
To be technical, help other people, with presence link,
Or reviewing the atpcs schedules.
I also helped to digitize,
Or better register the apps,
And, see that now the end of the year,
Still a lot to do.
SARESP this year,
And, other ways we’re seeing,
The illiteracy rate increasing crime,
But on the other hand,
Many parents said how much we teachers are missing.
Anyway, this will not be the last report,
We will still have atpcs,
And other than that 29 days from now,
Our vacation, which by mistake,
It will start on the holiday of January 1, 2021,
But, with just 15 days,
And then we are at the mercy of any call.
Now, it's not fair,
They didn't pay us 10.15%,
And, teachers have losses, and no increase working this year 24 hours a day. It had been his family and himself, but still:
Thank you all, thank you team,
Thank you my God, and to you who also patiently read this report.
