THE DESCRIPTION OF THE TOOL BOX

There once lived a Lankry, Akin Akeyemi in the land of the Lankries. He owned an old, black, greasy tool box and made wealth from working with crude, ancient tools that did more than what they were intended to do. Akin got this tool box fashioned by a carpenter named Safalo. Safalo gave out his time to make the tool box to taste and requirement, to meet all expectations of Akin. The wood was Knackwood, hard and heavy to carry about. Akin used the tool box for his mechanic business which he engaged in when the first white men came to his town.

THE MISSION OF THE TOOL BOX

This mystical tool box of Akin measured four feet by two feet and contained all the mechanic tools from bolts to nuts to grease and engine oil, etc. But what was the actual intention for the tool box? It was actually a coffin for burying all the virtues and good things of people in Lankry. It also served as a witchcraft coven in Lankry.
Akin died, left the mechanic business to his son Alafia who handed over the tool box from generation to generation to others. In total, the following people used the tool box:
Alhaji Nankrari
Mallam Alikoto
Alhaji Kwankri
Alhaji Bemenketo
Alhaji Damonji
Alhaji Sofar
Alhaji Zazabema.

For one hundred steady years, the tool box survived till when one day disaster struck.

THE END OF THE TOOL BOX

As with everything, there is time. The tool box had survived steady 100 years of existence in Lankry at the 101 Mechanic Workshop at 15 Ali Bamantoko Way, Lankry. A young preacher had just come to town. He was praying when he saw a vision of a greasy, old tool box, which God told him contained the destinies of people. The preacher prayed against it. The next day, there was a fire outbreak at the 101 mechanic workshop at 15 Ali Bamantoko way in Lankry. During the incidence, the firemen who came to put off the fire found that four men were burnt to ashes. When they got to the interior, they found the tool box, which they broke open and found blood, human bones and body parts.
The owners of the 101 mechanic workshop were arrested. Investigations revealed that the tool box was and had been the problem of Lankry for the over 100 years of its existence. After that, Lankry became a good place.
