I have made no use of the rights,
Nor am I writing of these things;
To secure any that excites,
Such provision that pleasure brings.

I would rather die than deprive,
Any man should void my glory;
Boasting which gives spiritual drive,
With preaching the Gospel story.

The necessity laid on me,
About preaching on Jesus Christ;
Giving others a chance to see,
The reason He was sacrificed.

If I do this of my own will,
I can expect of a reward;
I am entrusted to instill,
How they will be seeing the Lord.

So, what then will be my reward,
That I may present the Gospel;
When so many that have ignored,
Of my preaching to the people.

For though I am free from all men,
I am made a servant to all;
Of warning that God will condemn,
That will be causing them to fall.

To all of those under the Law,
Under the Law I became one;
While confessing of my flaw,
Prayed to the Father through the Son.

To those outside the Law,
Outside the Law I became one;
To win over those with a flaw,
Under the Law as through the Son.

And to the weak I became weak,
So that I am able to win;
With showing them how they can seek,
Stopping the temptation of sin.

I do it for the sake of Christ,
With the blessings that I may share;
Not letting them to be enticed,
Show the proper methods of prayer.

We need to strive for mastery,
But disciplined under control;
Never by running aimlessly,
Sober-minded in heart and soul.
