How can I help you today?

Phrase from the series of New Amsterdam, a public hospital, with a director, who thinks about patients and their conditions, more than himself.
He won a throat cancer (pharyngeal) and asks from the cleaning employee, the most paid surgeon: How can I help you today?
I keep thinking as a teacher, as a mother, did I ask my children today, my students, my husband, my mother, what can I help you with today?
I know I am a difficult, grumpy mother, but I try to be the best.
I know I am a teacher who complains about everything, but loves the profession.
I know that I am a daughter, even at 53, with an adolescence that has not passed 14 years,
And, that is inside me, in my bipolarity.
But even so, I question, what can I help you with today?
