The day that burns as an oven,
He comes like a thief in the night;
For gathering up His chosen,
While guiding them towards the light.

When all the arrogant and proud,
And evildoers are stubble;
They will cry for mercy out loud,
Being buried in the rubble.

The day they will be set ablaze,
Leaving neither a branch nor root;
In paying for their wicked ways,
Since they did not bear any fruit.

But for you who does fear His name,
The sun of righteousness shall rise;
For the Lord your God does proclaim,
With healing wings to make you wise.

You shall go out leaping like colts,
Treading down upon the wicked;
They will be ashes who revolts,
The Word of God was not heeded.

As ashes underneath your feet,
On the day that the Lord will act;
As wolves wrestle for their meat,
And the bones no longer intact.

Remember the Law Moses gave,
The statutes and rules commanded;
That sin is making you a slave,
And the Lord has reprimanded.

For the statutes and the judgments,
Necessary for discipline;
For your lifestyle adjustments,
Enables you be free from sin.

God will be sending the His prophet,
Before that great and awesome day;
No more sinning and inhibit,
Your desires longing to stray.

God will turn the hearts of fathers,
To care for hearts of their children;
Comfort in whatever bothers,
Assisting what they had begun.

Lest the Lord comes and strikes the land,
Smiting upon earth with a curse;
Utter destruction to command,
A decree unto the perverse.
