Uncharted Land

I feel I haven't been around long enough.
I want to see more trees rocks and sand.
Though all my time here calls a bluff there
are still acres of uncharted land left to
conquer. Quite a few loves have dropped
from the vine and straight roads come to an
end. But the apples were ripe the oranges
divine and those old letters I would always
write. I vow to keep the old songs alive while
strumming on my new and battered guitar.
