Our lives have turned on a dime,
We live the strangest of times.
We were in our prime,
Someone committed a crime.
Spread were our wings,
We were doing some things.
We were all on the move,
Trying each day to improve.
Now, we’re under attack,
Feeling disaster’s impact.
Our chances are loose,
The battle most might lose.
