Waiting for the sun to set
For me sleep rarely comes
I take a little something
Trying to ease the pain
I'm hoping they will go away
Instead I hear them say
You can't sleep
It's time to play
My demons they never sleep
In my head I hear them creep
Tearless cries I do weep
Wanting only some damn sleep
