Keep trying
Never give up
Promises to be fulfilled
There’s no sense in killing
All that is unique
Just to ensure their desires
For some are scared
Of what can be different or new
Especially when it’s not in popular view
It is you that holds the key to escape
From this self-imposed prison
To heal from self-inflicted wounds.

Blizzards and monsoons
Just trying to survive another day
Life isn’t about existing
It’s about making the most
Out of each moment
With no compromises
Or final exams
You may believe
You can see into the hearts and minds
But when you ignore
What’s in front of you
You’re not only hurting them
But fooling yourself
So get up
Stand up
And make it happen.
