Put on as God’s chosen ones,
Compassionate hearts and holy;
Adopted daughters and sons,
The Father one and only.

Patience and humbled and kind,
Bearing with one another,
Having solace in the mind,
As you forgive each other.

Because the Lord forgave you,
So, you must also forgive;
Always telling what is true,
Perfect harmony to live.

Let the peace of Christ rule heart,
As His Word dwells richly in;
And being able to impart,
For keeping you from all sin.

Teach and reprove in wisdom,
Sing hymns and spiritual song;
Remembering of His Kingdom,
Is the place where you belong.

Whatever you do in Word,
As well as performing deeds;
Remember what you have heard,
Do it so the Lord succeeds.

Do in the name of the Lord,
Give thanks to the Father;
Remaining in one accord,
Remember Christ your Brother.

Wives submit to your husbands,
As is fitting in the Lord;
Comfort from daily demands,
Always be loved and adored.

Husbands must also love wives,
Never to be harsh unto them;
Living harmonious lives,
Never trying to condemn.

Obey your parents each day,
In ways pleasing to the Lord;
Honor as you never stray,
Their wisdom never ignored.

The wrongdoer is paid back,
For any wrong that is done;
Because of respect they lack,
For the Father and the Son.
