With your servant deal bountiful,
That you may live and keep His Word;
In His eyes remain beautiful,
To abide in what you heard.

Open your eyes as to behold,
Wondrous things from out of His Law;
Following in what you were told,
Marveling of all that you saw.

You are a sojourner on earth,
And He hides not His commandments;
Ever since from the time of birth,
He guides you through His testaments.

Because your soul has been consumed,
With desire knowing His rules;
Never have you ever assumed,
Like so many that have been mere fools.

Your soul braking for the longing,
Unto the judgments all the time;
Reason why others are wronging,
Preferring in performing crime.

He rebukes the brassy accursed,
Who wander from His commandments;
In His wrath they have been dispersed,
Caring less of abandonments.

The proud are cursed and admonished,
For the lifestyles that they lead;
Their defiance has abolished,
In not following of the creed.

Take away the scorn and contempt,
For the testimonies you kept;
With being righteously exempt,
Being faithful to each precept.

Remove all those who criticize,
You have kept His testimonies;
For His wisdom opens your eyes,
To the people that are phonies.

Even though princes have been plotting,
You continue to meditate;
The day comes to see them rotting,
For the evil they facilitate.

His testimonies are a delight,
They are your counsellors in life;
With wisdom for giving insight,
Steering you away from the strife.
