Resumption of lessons

The summer at its peak, but the responsibility to start the school year. I think of the children and adolescents who often stayed in summer in a schoolyard under asbestos tiles that unfortunately causes many ailments, and without a slab or something else, will be cooked because of a lack of structure, and this damages the psychological , and the podagogic.
Not to mention, the lack of structure of many schools that do not have a suitable court, and the Sun, the temperature 3.1º above this summer can cause damage to the skin not only of the teachers, but of the children / adolescents, who often lack , or lack of information, do not use sunscreen.
I think about returning also, readapted, with 30 years in SEESP, there are almost 5 in this condition, I think, what will I do? How will I act? I want to change this year, act more, produce more, and see more unity in the school where I work, because we are people, who often fight for high wages, but we do not have the dexterity of sociability, sometimes we become managers, and we forget that we were already students, and before a direction, or coordination, we went and we are all teachers.
Returning to school on the first of February, remember that the door of the school is the secretariat, it is the lines of attendants (agents of organization) that will give the entrance to the student and the father, or rather the family.
I recently had to enroll my youngest in the ETEC Jose Rocha Mendes, ours, I felt welcome, starting with Carmem, who was guiding the documentation, until the time to sign the registration. That is gratifying.
Now it is the return, it is worth remembering that we have something more to teach, mutual respect, sincerity, truth, not only the transmission of Knowledge.
Well, that we all have a good return, a good start of classes, and above all, that education professionals in the Brazilian State, can earn much more, and that there is more dynamics in terms of retirement, quinquennial and others, we have Managers Organization (GOE), great, but lacking agility in the system.
