Born we all are this time to learn
But we close our minds as candles burn
We ruin chances thus to know more
Feeling we know best we close that door

But thats what life is about its oh so true
Telling ourselves we know best all through
Nobody can instruct another what to do
In university life ntill we leave as we all do

And the candles of life they burn anyway
Born to learn until we fade away
The faint heart never learned a lot each day
Only the need to know shows us all the way
