If you wanted to explain life in one word
There could be no other~
Word tp explain it all
Just softly whisper Mother~
There's lots of things that make up
What we refer to as life~
To number them would be impossible
To even try you d be in strife~
But there's one word that explains it all
To replace it there's no other~
Who could argue with me
When I softly whisper Mother~
Without a mother where on earth would we be
I cannot imagine where~
Without a mother we have no life
Her love beyond compare~
So if you wanted to explain life in one word
There simply could be no other~
Word to explain it all
Just softly whisper Mother~
