Law Freedom

We ourselves are Jews by birth,
Not Gentiles as sinners;
Although we sojourn on earth,
Jesus Christ made us winners.
We’re not justified by deeds,
But by faith in Jesus Christ;
Believes the cross intercedes,
And why He was sacrificed.
Under the works of the Law,
No one will be justified;
But by confessing your flaw,
With faith in the crucified.
We seek to be justified,
But are found to be sinners;
Through Christ we are glorified,
Becoming discipliners.
If we build what was tore down,
I would be a transgressor;
Replacing the thorny crown,
I’d be His intercessor.
For I have died to the Law,
So that I might live to God;
No longer to trip and fall,
Giving Him honor and laud.
It’s no longer I who lives,
But is Christ who lives in me;
For the flaws made, He forgives,
To be iniquity free.
The grace of God not voided,
If righteousness not through Law;
The One who was anointed,
Died for no purpose at all.
