They shall build up ancient ruins,
Raise up former devastations;
Make repairs like roaring lions,
Ravaged from past generations.

Strangers shall stand tending your flock,
Foreigners shall be your farmers;
Other languages they shall talk,
While they shall be such charmers.

You are called a priest of the Lord,
As they speak ministers of God;
The wealth of the nations adored,
Boasting glory to all that laud.

There shall be a double portion,
Instead of showing any shame;
Rejoice aloud no distortion,
Everlasting joy to proclaim.

Because the Lord does love justice,
As He hates robbery and wrong;
Giving recompense as thus,
A covenant that does belong.

All of their offspring shall be known,
Descendants amongst the people;
Blessing the Lord upon His throne,
And worshipping in His temple.

For I will rejoice in the Lord,
My soul shall exult in my God;
Garments clothed in one accord,
Salvation erases where flawed.

It is a robe of righteousness,
As the bridegroom decks as a priest;
A bride adorns with jewels to bless,
Prepares for the heavenly feast.

For as the earth brings forth its sprouts,
The garden causes what is sown;
Righteousness erases all their doubts,
The salvation that now has grown.
