A breach of faith someone commits,
Trespass and sins through ignorance;
A ram without flaw he forfeits,
A guilt offered for admittance.

He shall make a restitution,
What he did in the holy thing;
The priest make an absolution,
An atonement that he shall bring.

To commit sin that’s forbidden,
He shall bear his iniquity;
It shall never be left hidden,
Guilt shall curse an infinity.

He brings a ram without a flaw,
To the priest a guilt offering;
Atonement for breaking the Law,
For forgiveness and buffering.

It is the offering for guilt,
That he incurred before the Lord;
The blood from the ram must be spilt,
For remaining in one accord.
