Long Before Religions

I look closely at all religions today that beThe worshing of something un-proven to see
I see always behind same as since begun
Man controling others since they first be
A man born and died before bibles written
Some 170 years in kashmir dying at eighty five
Having been a carpenter a shepard of sheep
With having studied budism when he was alive
A man of purest love a man of understanding
A teacher of all he knew miss quoted by many
Ever so many later religions re-wording him so
In their endless re-written bibles proof not any
Religions creating begginings of life on earth
Not of planet earth having been destroyed before
Resting for billions of years before life again begun
Ever slowly over endless time new life a new door
Much later to be many feelings were set free
Religious imaginations write of their thoughts
In letters and manuscripts and as if books to be
Ever long ago animal life some heads so high
Away back I feel living in caves as not to die
Nightly hunting safer in light of moon if bright
Silence all but for crackling of fire a babies cry
I see over the longest time a slow natural learing
Maybe a fruit seed growing in a distcharging place
Maybe a fruit tree it grew in ashes from burning
Bringing an interesting smile to a long ago face
These cave dwellers slowly becoming more knowing
Hunting becoming more so braver further the going
Seeds have a habbit of growing in sun winds blowing
Maybe even back then in time became seeds of sowing
The new beginnings of other races had started again
Ever so long over time thanks to sunshine and rain
Eventually even leaving caves for dwellings of home
No longer cave men now taller standing muscle and bone
