The chance of capturing the perfect moment of calm and serenity, can take time and patience. Those precious snap shots of light, penetrating through tree branches, as day – light seeps through in abundance.

I sometimes dream of chasing rainbows, when I follow in the footsteps of those who have long since past. I use the eye of my camera lens, to ensure that the memories last.

I travel across green pastures, of fields a wash with the colours of summer. It is there that I become captivated by the beauty of nature. I see the stillness in everything; as I hear a song thrush sing.

In my haste, I wait for nature’s warmth to cast orange and red across the sky line. As I stand poised for that perfect moment. I have missed one thousand sun sets, and I have travelled far and wide, taking everything in my stride.

The essence of an image is a single moment, captured in time, a lasting moment of life. Which can be savored and looked upon by many, for it is beautiful and sublime.
The chance of finding truth and purity in a photograph is like finding a precious jewel, a priceless glimpse of historic proof.
