We ought to give thanks to God,
God chose you as His firstfruits;
Blessings to honor and laud,
By your brief that constitutes.

Sanctified belief in truth,
He called you through the Gospel;
Obtain glory from your youth,
About Christ to the people.

Stand firm to the traditions,
Of the Word that you were taught;
Motivate your ambitions,
Standing fast to what you sought.

God gives eternal comfort,
And the good hope through His grace;
When you make every effort,
Speaking His Word to embrace.

Giving comfort to your heart,
Establish in your good deeds;
All of your good words impart,
The Lord caters to your needs.
